AGES 6-12

The centerpiece of our enrichment programs is to create one recipe each class. These classes are one hour. The Culinary Dude is a professional educator and chef who writes meaningful lesson plans to maximize positive learning. Because we are mobile, we can run our classes anywhere, classrooms, teacher lounges, even multipurpose rooms. As long as we have a source of electricity and a nearby place for the kids to wash their hands. We'll make it work!

Our classes are methodically planned out, incorporating standards in safety, nutrition and health.

Our focus is to cater to each child individually, help them where they need improvement and cap our class numbers to keep the class intimate, so your child does not get lost in the masses and truly feels part of the whole.

We do the best we can to accommodate children with allergies and intolerances. If your child is extremely allergic to the whole spectrum of Dairy, Wheat and or Egg/Egg Products, this might not be the program for your child. 

AGES 6-12

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A LOCATION IN THE WEST LOS ANGELES/CULVER CITY AREA TO RUN OUR PROGRAMS. IF YOU KNOW OF A PLACE PLEASE CONTACT US via the button at the bottom of this column.

Our hands-on cooking camps will enable kids to find their inner chef. The Culinary Dude has created a wonderful collection of daily menus that the kids will cook themselves. Using the freshest ingredients, fun and interactive cooking techniques, the kids will prepare their daily lunch from scratch each day as they learn kitchen and food safety, professional kitchen etiquette, measuring ratios, prep skills, and table manners. In addition, the kids will be introduced to a wide variety of tactile recipes. This is a great cooperative experience for all involved. 

Unlike other programs who just want your money, our focus is to cater to each child individually, help them where they need improvement and cap our camp numbers to keep the class intimate, so your child does not get lost in the masses and feels like they are truly a part of the whole.

AGES 6 AND UP

Parents, stop stressing out about planning your child's birthday and let us do it for you! Not only will the kids have the opportunity to learn a variety of cooking styles and techniques during their two-hour cooking party, but they will also be making their own meal and you do not have to lift a finger while it happens. We bring everything, so you can relax and enjoy the wares that your child and their friends make.

We cater to the liking, food preferences and dietary restrictions of the birthday child and their guests. This is to assure that their special day is exactly what they want. We can also customize the menu to  accommodate  what your child is interested in creating. Up to six recipes could be created during that time depending on the recipes agreed upon.

Our part of the event lasts two-hours. We arrive approximately one hour prior to the agreed start time to set up time and leave when the place is as cleaner than it was when we started.  The start time does not include guests being late or an extensive time for the kids to eat at the end. It is suggested that a 30-minute cushion be offered at either end of our two-hour part of the party, when planning your party for your guests.

COST: $500 for up to 10 participants. There is an additional charge of $45 per additional child up to 16 kids.

This includes: Foods Costs, Shopping, Menu & Recipe Planning, Organization, Set Up, Clean Up, Travel. 

The cost does not include Plates, Cups, Utensils, Beverages as this is the client’s responsibility.   

Please note that this is a mobile service as we currently do not have a proper brick and mortar location. We'd be having the event in your home or location that you provide.
