Being environmentally conscious, all transportation for The Culinary Dude services are done with a Plug in Hybrid Electric Automobile. All shopping is done using recycled shopping bags as well as utilizing all compostable by-products whenever possible. Our food packaging includes re-useable and sometimes biodegradable containers. A large percentage of our pots, pans and cooking supplies are second hand or recycled. To help save trees and paper, all menus, confirmations and billing are done via e-mail. We also offer Green Friendly, compostable utensils, cups and plates for any event.
