Look no further for an impeccable culinary adventure. Chef Scott, The Culinary Dude is not only an amazing chef, par extraordinaire, but such wonderful honest decent person!! We hosted our daughter's birthday party at ITK Culinary and let me tell you, its not an easy feat to handle 15 tween girls. But he not only did it with ease and comfort, he also made sure the group had a wonderful fun time and actually learned something! We are so bowled over and so ecstatic we found this amazing place and great chef in The Culinary Dude. I cannot wait for more culinary experiences at ITK. The kitchen and working space is fabulous and immaculately clean and the perfect site for a birthday party, girls night out or a romantic couples night. I am a very grateful mom and a very appreciative one as well. Thank you Chef Scott!!

Qualities: Great Results, High Integrity, Personable, Creative We went here the other night for a friend's birthday, and it was awesome. Our friend who hosted got to pick the menu with ITK's input/advice, and we all helped make dinner.
we had 12 people which was perfect as far as working space in the kitchen etc. The chef, Scott, was incredible at multi-tasking and making sure people felt at ease working on their dish. And if people wanted to just watch and talk, the ITK team stepped in to help complete dishes.
We then all sat down to a great meal. It BYOB too, which made it fun so we could share favorite wines with the meal. We will definitely do it again.

cooking class at ITK with The Culinary Dude and had a blast! We parents enjoyed
watching them in action at the end of class and especially loved sitting down
with them to dine on their delicious creations! They've been non-stop in the
kitchen since then! Creating new dishes and looking through cookbooks for ideas
as well! Such an inspiration and I just had to share with fellow Petaluma
families - who seemed very interested in enrolling their kids in these fantastic

girls (now age 12) took a cooking class from Scott at Whole Foods in Los Altos,
CA. The girls really enjoyed his class and I was hoping he'd teach more classes
at Whole Foods. Since this is our daughters' last year at their elementary
school and I haven't had a birthday party for them in the last 4 years, I thought
I'd give them a party. I wanted to do something different (but not "over
the top") for their party, but not make it a logistics nightmare and give
them something engaging to do and have them "learn something along the
way". Scott's cooking class/competition at our home at the birthday party
with 11 girls was outstanding. Hands and brains were engaged for 2+ hours and
then they ate what they created. It was excellent and highly recommend this for
parties - an incredible learning experience, food prepared by the kids and no

cover a large group of foods and Scott was very willing and happy to work
with me to create special menus that everyone could eat. Not cooking with
dairy, egg, seafood, sesame, nuts and mustard can be tricky but Scott looked at
it as a challenge and no one eating at my house ever noticed the difference --
all credit to Scott. One of my husband's bachelor friends would regularly
call to see if it was a "Scott cooking" night as he loved to enjoy a
wonderful meal. In addition, I have three small children that
